Founder and Results with Lucy Inspiration

Lucy Mecklenburgh is the co-founder and face of Results with Lucy. Before finding her love for fitness, Lucy was unhappy with her body and hated exercise. Within weeks of meeting her PT, Cecilia Harris, Lucy had more energy, better skin and her body felt firmer. Cecilia’s workouts proved to Lucy that training could be fun and saw her transform from reluctant gym-goer to an avid fitness junkie. Driven by Cecilia and Lucy’s determination, Results with Lucy was born. Since then Results with Lucy has helped hundreds of thousands of women to achieve real results that really last.

Founder, Head PT and Motivation Queen
Cecilia is the co-founder of Results with Lucy and face of Fitness Ladies which is a OnDemand series tailored to 40+ women. As a 40+ woman herself, Cecilia wanted to show women of her age group that fitness is just as important, if not more, now as when you were in your 20s. Cecilia aims to show her community of women that a healthy body leads to a healthy mind.

PhD research Fellow for Population Health Sciences & Senior PTior

Having already completed a BSC in Sports Science and MSc in Physiology, Paul McCambridge is a PhD research Fellow for Population Health Sciences. Having previously run yoga, movement therapy and nutritional and personal training business, Paul is now working with Results with Lucy as Senior PT, researcher and developer of all things health and fitness

High-Performance Coach and Author

Jeff Spires is a motivational strategist who has a deep-seated passion for helping people to create a new and Inspired identity for themselves. Using the latest research from the world of evidence-based cognitive therapy, positive psychology and neuroscience, Jeff is dedicated to helping each of his clients become the person that they know they are inside.

PT and Queen of Extreme

As well as being the face of Results Extreme, Sophie Grace Holmes is a motivational speaker, blogger and personal trainer who strives to help others to fulfil their fitness goals and personal aspirations. At four months old, Sophie was diagnosed with Cystic Fibrosis and now dedicates her life to proving expectations wrong, rather than sitting back and accepting the views of others, she is proving it is possible to challenge those expectations through dedication, self-belief and courage.

Results with Bump PT

Now the face of Results with Bump, Hannah Whitaker’s fitness career took a turn in her early twenties when she used exercise to bring her out of a hard time. She had just become a mum and needed to change her mind set. She found exercise to be therapy rather than just improving the way you look. To this day she continues to share her journey with other mums and young women with the aim to inspire other mums to find their own identity and self-confidence.

PT and Pilates Queen

Lisa Webster is a personal trainer and Pilates instructor and has been teaching for over 18 years. Lisa has been part of the Results with Lucy journey since 2014 and is a key factor in many plans. Lisa is also a qualified tutor and assessor for fitness qualifications mainly tutoring and assessing Pilates instructors. Her mantra is fitness is not a destination, it’s a way of life and she strives in helping people achieve this.

Yoga Queen
Esther began yoga for physical reasons to build core strength and rebalance her body after many years of high intensity training and injuries. She began her daily practice in 2015 and after a month or two noticed incredible improvements to her mental health as-well as her physical health. Yoga is her biggest tool to mange stress and the mindless mental chatter we are surrounded by today and it has changed her life.
