Hello, you bunch of beauties!!!
So, here we are, week 2… In the bag! 14 days into my Reinvent for Lent! Just 26 days left!!!
Honestly, every week is a milestone for me… It’s just another week of me committing to myself and giving my body the chance to be happy and healthy! And I just keep surprising myself that I have actually stuck with it, and I feel FABULOUS (especially with my new hair cut!) Sorry to keep bringing it up, but this is also another big moment for me as I am so particular about my hair… Name one woman that isn’t?!
Now, I will admit, I did miss 2 workouts during that week as I have been, once again, insanely busy! 😅 But, I did make up for it with a double at the end of my week, which was tough but a good'en!
If anyone had the pleasure of catching me on InstaLIVE, I did some of my first live workouts on there where I had the lovely Paul McCambridge (one of our very experienced PT’s ) correcting me on my form! I think it was needed, so thank you, Paul!!
Liz well and truly woke my abs up, which was brilliant even if I did cry tears of pain into the carpet half way through… I KID, but it really was a brilliant workout and she really does push you, which I love.
So, you’ll see from my video below that my lovely friend and work colleague Laura has told me she’s setting me a little task for the coming week... So secret in fact that I don’t even know what it’s about! But all I do know, is that over the next week or so, she’s asked me to show you a little bit more about what our OnDemand plan is. So, keep your eyes peeled my little treasures… Prepare yourself for more sweaty-selfies and babble from yours truly 💁🏽
