What was your situation before joining RWL?
Just like Lucy, I was never overweight, but my body was not in the best shape, I had stubborn cellulite and was just not happy or confident in myself. I have never had motivation to get myself to the gym and despite saying I would sign up to results with lucy, I never actually got round to it. When my fiancé bought me the Wobble to Model plan for Christmas, I knew I had to give it a go for me. The first couple of weeks were hit and miss with motivation, but as I started to see results, the more hooked I became. I am absolutely amazed at how much I have changed inside and out both physically and mentally.
What were your fears and worries about joining RWL? How do you feel about those fears now?
I have always struggled with motivation and I always had an excuse as to why I didn’t have time to exercise and worried I would not commit. I now plan my day’s around my exercise plan. I plan my busy days for rest days and always schedule in my workouts before making other plans. I plan and prepare meals and am amazed at how easy and natural it all is now.
What specific physical and mental changes have you seen in yourself since starting Results with Lucy?
The changes in myself are overwhelming. I started rwl for my body, but now that is just a byproduct of doing something I love. I feel dramatically better in myself. I feel healthier, have more energy, and am much happier and more confident. I cannot thank lucy, cecilia and the rest of the team enough for changing my whole lifestyle and attitudes towards excersize and eating well. I never thought I’d achieve so much in such a short space of time and am truly grateful.
