Ingredients (serves 1)
Smoothie Base: 225ml unsweetened almond milk
1 handful of frozen strawberries
1 handful of frozen raspberries
1 handful of frozen blueberries
1 ripe banana
Toppings: 1 handful of shredded Coconut
1 handful of mixed nuts
½ handful of fresh (or defrosted) blueberries
½ handful of fresh (or defrosted) Strawberries
Combine the ingredients for the smoothie base in a blender and blend for 2 minutes until smooth and thick.
Pour the mixture into a bowl and top with the toppings.
