There's no reason why you can't get moving, even if it's only for 5 minutes a day at your desk!
You could even make small everyday changes like:
- Walking up & down the stairs instead of using the lift
- Park further away in the carpark so you can stretch your legs more
- Go for a little walk during your lunch break even if its to the cafe/shops to get a bottle of water
- If it's not too far away, why not invest in a good bike and cycle, or start walking either on the way home, or way back for a bit of exercise & breath of fresh air... think to yourself, do you really need to drive to work, or use the bus? 🍃
