Personal training has become so popular, both in the UK and across the World where there are so many fitness trends!

When people think of personal training they think of being trained by an expert in a gym, given a tailored programme that you have to fulfil religiously in order to attain your goals.

The only thing different between online and gym is that the trainer isn't physically next to you whilst you workout.

At Results with Lucy we are often asked how affective online personal training is and how we compare to physical PT contact- well we've been offering this service for over 5 years now and our answer is yes. Just look at our #rwlfitties !

We have at least 15 personal trainers that give you all the advice you need. Our head PT, Cecilia who is Lucy's personal trainer, is always available for any motivation and encourage you may need along the way. We make sure you are not limited to the knowledge you need to know when training so you can get the best results.

Our personal trainers are high quality trainers who have a great reputation for delivering results. If you follow their socials you will know that they get busy very fast. Such demands make PT's extremely expensive nowadays with some trainers in the UK charging £150 per hour. Our memberships offer expert advice, 1000+ workouts, 600+ recipes, calorie calculator, various diet styles to meet your needs for less than a fiver a week... worth it? 💵

You literally have access to 15 personal trainers, workout & nutrition programmes, a massive encouraging community, anytime, anywhere.
