I am SO proud and excited about the engagement we’ve generated in Results with Lucy this new year and it’s only the second week of January (especially with a 10 day free trial! 😉). We have lots of new members inside our Results with Lucy Community page on Facebook which is fantastic 💕 One thing that is a common query from our #rwlnewbie members is whether the workouts get easier? The simple answer, no! It is YOU that gets STRONGER!! 💪

 

All of our structured workout programs are designed to progress your fitness abilities. Some exercises will be easier for you to master than others. Everyone will have different strengths and abilities with different types of exercises such as flexibility, upper body strength or cardio. But if you stay consistent and really give it your best effort, with every workout you will improve your abilities and get stronger and more capable 🏋‍♀

 

Our three core structured plans that form our ultimate 'Your New Body' program are:

New Beginnings - This programme is perfect for beginners who are new to exercise, or looking to get back into fitness! ✅

Wobble to Model - This is our intermediate programme designed to help you lose weight and really tighten and tone your body 💁🏽‍♀️

HIIT Harder - Our advanced plan HIIT Harder has been designed to help you achieve a leaner stronger looking body and increase your fitness levels 💦

 

We recommend following these structured plans in order to build your fitness abilities in a sustainable and enjoyable way.

We, of course, have so many other workout features for you to enjoy such as our Live classes and video bank workouts, but if you like a little structure in your life and to be told what exercise to do on each workout day, then following the Your New Body program will transform the way you approach your fitness.

Remember, this is YOUR journey. Nobody else’s. Comparison is the thief of joy and one person’s strength is another person’s weakness. So, concentrate on doing you; staying consistent and giving it your all 💯

I guarantee that you will get stronger, not that it will get easier.
