Is it smoothie bowl season yet? 😏
Why not change up your normal breakfast routine of cereal, with a healthy and 'instagrammable' breakfast guaranteed to be tasty & easy to make! 🥄
🥥 Tropical Green Smoothie 🍍
- Smoothie Base
- 1 handful of frozen mango
- 1 handful of frozen pineapple
- 3 tablespoons of Greek yogurt
- 2 handfuls of spina
- Few mint leaves, torn
- 150ml of coconut water
- 1 handful of kiwi slices,
- 1 handful of shredded coconut
- 1/2 banana, sliced
- Place all smoothie base ingredients in a blender or food processor and mix until smooth.
Pour into a bowl, add the toppings and enjoy!
