Vegan Fudge Brownies

Vegan recipes can still be naughty! 😈 Here's another great recipe to keep in the freezer for up to 3 months so you don't have to worry about it going off and munching on all of them!

INGREDIENTS

Makes approx. 16 squares
 
Base Ingredients:
  • 170g pitted medjool dates
  • 165g mixed walnuts & almonds
  • 30g cocoa
 
Top Ingredients:
  • 2 ripe bananas
  • 60g raw cocoa
  • 4 tbsp almond butter
  • 4 tbsp maple syrup

 COOKING DIRECTIONS

  1. Add all the bottom ingredients into a food processor and blend well. Spread the mixture along the bottom of a large baking dish until evenly distributed.
  2. Add all the top ingredients into a food processor and blend well. Spread this mixture over the bottom layer until evenly distributed.
  3. Place in the freezer for approx 30 minutes.
  4. Remove from the freezer and cut into 16 squares.
  5. You can keep the brownies in the freezer for up to 3 months and take out a square whenever needed.
