It’s that time of year where the sun shines a little brighter, the days seem longer, the temperature is rising and we all start thinking about giving our homes a bit of a spring clean ✨
But what about checking in on ourselves and giving our minds and bodies a spring clean as well?
Here are my top 5 tips to help you with your Self-Love Spring Clear Out!
Tip 1: Tidy environment, tidy mind 🧠
This is the most obvious of my tips for this Spring. Who doesn’t love spending some time really getting their home in ship-shape order to fully enjoy all that the warmer days and impending summer months have to offer us? I don’t know about you but I always feel much better about life when my home or work environment has had a good old deep-clean and sort out
Tip 2: Out with the old, in with the new! 💁♀
How many of us have a bag of clothes which are a size or so too small for us? Often, we hold onto clothes for sentimental reasons more than the fact that we one day wish to wear them again. So why not try to sell some of your past-wardrobe to allow you the money to buy a lush new wardrobe for this coming Summer?

Tip 3: Clear out your cupboards! 🗑
Go through your kitchen cupboards and clear out all of the out of date stuff, the stuff you NEVER use, the diet pills and powders and have a little tidy. Do one cupboard per day if it's too much to do at once!
Tip 4: Dig out your Diary and Care for your Calendar 📆
Diaries and calendars are the most helpful things in enabling us to feel a bit more organised about how we spend our time, but only if we use them consistently. Spend some time updating your diary, mapping out the next few weeks and making time spent on yourself a priority:

Meal preparation days
Tip 5: Sanitize your Socials! 📱
Get on your social media platforms and have a good un-follow session of profiles, companies and accounts which make you feel any less that who you already are – your fabulous self! Follow accounts that entice inspiration and joy when you come across them on your news feed; not profiles that make you feel unworthy or hateful towards yourself.
