RwL has helped me feel confident in myself and how I look. The biggest way it has helped me is by educating me on nutrition! The recipes RWL provide are so tasty so it never feels like you’re having to work at keeping healthy and I love the 80/20 rule!
Why did you decide to start Results with Lucy?
Before I joined RWL I hated my body. I used to think I ate pretty healthy but once I joined that's when I realised how much nutrition and exercise together really matters if you want to get the results. Using RWL is so easy and I love that I can do it from the comfort of my own home.
What is your favourite RwL plan?
It's a tough one... I would say either Beach Body with Lucy or Wobble to Model.
What is one piece of advice you would give to others?
SIGN UP!!! If you want to make a change, take the plunge and you won't look back!
