Before I joined RWL I hated my body. I used to think I ate pretty healthy but once I joined that's when I realised how much nutrition and exercise together really matters if you want to get the results. Using RWL is so easy and I love that I can do it from the comfort of my own home. Especially when using it alongside the amazing, easy recipes which allow me to achieve the results I want and to make me comfortable in my own skin.
