I can see a huge difference in my cellulite, my muscle definition and my bum is peachier, stomach flatter and face is thinner. For me I was not particularly overweight to start, but I had started to see more cellulite, sagging skin and my clothes were digging in. I am now eating without the guilt and consuming foods which make me feel more energised and awake but also feel more confident when I put on a dress to know it’s going to fit and feel positive on it. I work in a hugely demanding and stressful job so exercise is a great escape from the stress or before and after work from mentally thinking about everything that has happened. I have a much healthier relationship with food and I am more accepting of being realistic with my goals
What’s your RwL Plan and why?
Currently I am doing HIIt harder. I have done most of the plans twice apart from this plan and as it’s an advanced plan it really gives me the kick up the bum for summer and I find it a good plan as we have the light evenings and mornings so I feel my stamina is higher
Once piece of advice you would give to anyone who’s looking to join:
I remember looking in wondering if this was another celebrity endorsement so I was so surprised to see how involved Lucy was and realising that it definitely works. Make it a fresh start at looking for a new lifestyle not just a quick fix and you will be how surprised how addictive feeling positive and body confident it is. Once you stop making excuses to yourself fabulous things can happen.
