WHAT DO YOU LOVE ABOUT RESULTS WITH LUCY
1. I love the variety! Even having done rwl since it started 5 years ago, they're forever updating the recipes (inc. vegan & vegetarian) and the video bank so I never have the chance to get bored!
2. The amazing bunch of ladies within the community! I know I can always get support and help and connect with girls in the same situation and I've made so many friends!
3. I love that it covers all types of health! It's got fitness, it's got diet, and it's got mental health! The three together are where the best results come from!
HOW DID YOU FEEL BEFORE YOU STARTED YOUR RWL JOURNEY?
I was always a big negative talker to myself and would constantly berate myself in the mirror! To everyone else, I looked fine but to me I just didn't feel great anymore! I no longer felt confident in my old favourite clothes and I knew I needed a change! Since RwL, not only has my body changed but my mental attitude is entirely different! I no longer put myself down and I feel the most confident and happy In myself than I ever have!
HOW DO YOU FEEL IN YOURSELF NOW?
Better than I did at 18! I honestly never thought that I would feel my most body confident after two children and approaching 30... But here I am! My body being in its best shape, feeling strong and energetic because I know how to fuel my body and to me most importantly feeling content where I am now because RwL has taught me the tools on how to love and appreciate myself!
ONE PIECE OF ADVICE FOR SOMEBODY LOOKING TO START:
Do whatever you can do consistently. If to begin with you can only manage 15minutes 4x a week, then do that, its alot easier to build into harder and longer woekouts when you've already made looking after yourself a habit. Make sure you focus on the style's of exercise you love, its much easier to stay motivated when your doing what you enjoy

HOW LONG HAVE YOU BEEN WITH RWL: I started 5 years ago when it first launched
HOW MUCH WEIGHT HAVE YOU LOST: I've never had lots of weight to loose so it's always been about toning and feeling great! After my son was born, I lost over 1 and half stone and have maintained for well over a year since.
