Why did you decide to start Results with Lucy?
I started RWL as I had done w2m and HH back in 2016. Always been into my fitness and had personal trainers but find gyms boring and hated being committed to having to get in my car and go! I knew rwl was convenient for me and flexible.
What is your favourite Results with Lucy plan?
My favourite plan is definitely HIIT harder!!!
What is one piece of advice you would give to others?
My advice would be definitely take pictures, I don’t particularly “diet” I just embrace I guess the 80/20 lifestyle that you advocate! In regards to fitness I would say start with 10 or even 15 minutes and build it up. Do regular comparison photos to motivate yourself!!! Also, throw away the scales!!!!

When did you start RwL?: I started RwL back in 2016 but recently been following it more consistently since 29th October 2018.
Weight/Inches lost?: Between the end of October and now (Jan 2019) I have lost 8 inches 🙏🏼
