Why did you decide to start Results with Lucy?
After having my 1 year old son all my focus was on him! Diet, exercise and 'me time' all went out the window and this was starting to effect my mindset and confidence. My routine and lifestyle makes it very hard to go to a gym and I always thought working out from home i'd get interuptted and not motivated but RwL is different! All the support you get from social media and knowing your not alone made me motivated and get me where I am today.
What is your favourite RwL plan?
Im currently following the Beach Body program and I absolutely love it - I am now a fan of sliders! I follow this when I have more time to work out, but when I'm short for time I use the workout bank for Pilates, HIIT, Barre and Live classes - these are my go to!
What is one piece of advice you would give to others?
Be patient with this journey as nothing happens over night. Don't be too strict with yourself and enjoy it. You need to find the right balance with food and exercise and what works for you... don't go comparing yourself too others; instead see it as motivation and inspiration this is your journey no one elses.
