Results with Lucy has given me so much more confidence within myself and I have learned to embrace myself whilst working on getting fitter & healthier.
Why did you decide to start Results with Lucy?
I have always struggled with my weight, I’ve lost half a stone hear and half a stone there doing all the different diet plans that are out there but I can hand on heart say RWL is the only thing that has worked for me. It has taught me so much and I have discovered a new love for healthy food and fitness that I just didn’t know was there and now I am so passionate about it.
What piece of advice would you give to someone? Anyone looking to join should go for it as it was the best thing I ever did. I joined in Jan and I was only planning to do New Beginnings but once I saw the results and I found myself entered in to the most supportive Instagram family I couldn’t help but carry on. Results with Lucy is enjoyable and sustainable and those two things are so important when you’re wanting to stay on track and get results. It fits in to my busy life being a single parent who works full time and the recipes are some of the best I’ve ever tried.
