This is it, girls! Beach Body with Lucy is back and I am super excited to share it with you!  This plan has been designed to tighten and tone your whole body and get you ready for the beach.  


We’ve combined a diet and fitness combo into an easy to use and fun way. This year we have included a brand new piece of equipment...Sliders plus our brand new Beach Body 30 Day Get Lean diet style. 


This year's Beach Body with Lucy has been designed as a 6 level plan.  Each level increases in intensity to make sure you get the best results.  It 
has been designed to realistically fit into busy lifestyles, so there really are no excuses to looking and feeling great this summer.
