This year's Beach Body with Lucy has been designed as a 6 week plan.  Each week the intensity increases to make sure you get the best results.  It 
has been designed to realistically fit into busy lifestyles, so there really are no excuses to looking and feeling great this summer.
With the help from our 3 Beach Body trainers Alex on the circuits, Cecilia on abs and Robyn on legs, bums & tum's I am happy to say this years Beach Body is our best yet!
