Welcome to Extreme!
We’ve called in our favourite power-house, Sophie, to give you our toughest challenge yet… Results Extreme. This plan is perfect for anyone who would class themselves as very fit but needing to shake-up their current regime. This is a tough one! It is perfect to work around any other training you may be doing for an event or simply on its own as a way to push you to your limits.
Feel free to choose a workout schedule that works around your life but to get the most out of your workouts we suggest you work out 4 times a week. We have included a huge variety of workout styles to make it fun and to help keep you motivated. At regular intervals you will complete a fitness test so you can see your fitness improvements. Don't forget to make a note of your results each time so you can compare them as you go along.

How To Get The Most Out Of
Schedule your 4 workouts at the beginning of each week.
Ensure you get enough good quality sleep each night.
Plan your meals and prep as much as you can beforehand.
Plan at least one day of rest a week for your body to build & recover
