Having already completed a BSC in Sports Science and MSc in Physiology, Paul McCambridge is now also a Doctor of Chiropractic. Having previously run yoga, movement therapy and nutritional and personal training business, Paul is now working with Fitness Gents as Senior PT, researcher and developer of all things health and fitness

Jeff Spires is a motivational strategist who has a deep-seated passion for helping people to create a new and Inspired identity for themselves. Using the latest research from the world of evidence-based cognitive therapy, positive psychology and neuroscience, Jeff is dedicated to helping each of his clients become the person that they know they are inside.

Frank is the creator and Co founder of ResultswithLucy.com, one of the U.K.’s leading fitness, diet and health websites for women. “Somehow ResultswithLucy jumped the queue, and got in front of my original plan, which was to build a website for normal blokes, who don’t like the gym, don’t eat brilliantly, and probably don’t love exercise at all, in other words me!” I’m a qualified PT, and life coach, but most of all a problem solver, who lived a pretty unhealthy lifestyle for most of my life. Now I try to find balance between enjoying today and my future health and happiness”. And will do my best recreate that for you.

Celebrity Personal Trainer Cecilia, has almost certainly trained more people in the U.K. than anyone else over the past 5 years. Her energetic delivery inspiring 1000’s towards their goals. Cecilia has lent her experience to the creation of Fitness Gents, and will be part of the fitness team going forward.
