This is perfect for ladies who have given birth within the last 4-5 months.
You and your baby deserve the very best and we're going to make sure you feel amazing.
Our wonderful expert, Hannah, has designed these workouts to keep you fit and healthy through your new journey of motherhood.
Feel free to choose a workout schedule that works around you but we suggest you work out 3-4 times a week.

Schedule your workouts at the beginning of each week.

Listen to your body and rest when you need to.

Plan your meals and prep as much as you can beforehand.

Carry healthy snacks with you so you're not tempted by unhealthy ones.
