Your first few weeks may be tough but hang on in there as you will be amazed at how quickly you improve.
Your workouts are shown below range from fitness workoutsto boxing sessions and dance routines.
All of the workout sections are arranged inday order and to get the best results we advise you follow them in this order.
Aim to work out 4 times each week by doing 2 x fitness videos and 2 x activity session videos. Don’t worry if you can’t manage the 4 times a week. Just aim for the number of times you can do.
We are going to work you in these sessions but you are going to love it!
