30 Day Challenge Peach and Banana Smoothie
- 1 juicy peach
- 1 small banana
- 1 tablespoon Greek yogurt
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 2-3 tablespoons milk or milk alternative (e.g. almond milk)
- Boiling water to cover peach
- Put the peach in small bowl and pour over some boiling water.
Leave for about 30 seconds. Remove the peach and run it under a cold tap. The skin should peel off easily from the peach. Cut the peach into chunks.
Blend the peach chunks with the remaining ingredients until desired consistency
