Ingredients

  • 1 juicy peach
  • 1 small banana
  • 1 tablespoon Greek yogurt
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 2-3 tablespoons milk or milk alternative (e.g. almond milk)
  • Boiling water to cover peach

Cooking Directions

  1. Put the peach in small bowl and pour over some boiling water.
  2. Leave for about 30 seconds. Remove the peach and run it under a cold tap. The skin should peel off easily from the peach. Cut the peach into chunks.

  3. Blend the peach chunks with the remaining ingredients until desired consistency
