Ingredients

  • 2 slices of Sprouted Toast or German Rye Bread
  • 1/2 Avocado sliced lengthways
  • 2 x Sundried tomatoes chopped finely
  • 3 teaspoons of hummus or cottage cheese (buy good quality products with no added sugar or preservatives)
  • Small amount of cress for dressing on top
  • Mint and dill ripped if you have it
  • 1/4 Lemon
  • Pinch of Black Pepper
  • optional: add some tinned fish like mackerel or sardines for some extra protein

Cooking Directions

  1. Toast the bread and add the above ingredients to the top and enjoy!
