Almond Chicken Salad
- 4 handfuls of diced chicken breast meat.
- 4 handfuls of chopped lettuce.
- 2 handfuls of chopped red cabbage.
- 1 handful almonds.
- 1-2 tablespoon virgin olive oil.
- 1-2 tablespoon freshly squeezed orange juice (omit if following 30 Day Get Lean diet)
- Combine all ingredients into a large serving bowl.
