- 2 organic green tea bags
- 1 cup blueberries
- 1-cup raspberries
- 1 large mug
- Hot / boiled water (around 85C)
- 2 tsp honey
- Note: To avoid burning the delicate green tea leaves, it is important to make green tea at around 85 degrees Celsius. Some kettles will allow you to boil at different temperatures. If you don‰۪t have this feature on your kettle, then simply leave the kettle to sit for 10 mins after boiling to allow the temperature to drop. .
Pour boiled water over 2 green tea bags in a mug, leave to stand for an hour on your bench top to cool, then cover the mug with cling film and place in the fridge overnight.
In the morning, remove the tea bags and blend the cold green tea, berries and honey in a blender and enjoy!
