Ingredients

  • 40g porridge oats
  • Approx 330ml of water
  • 1 small apple, chopped
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • Honey to taste

Cooking Directions

  1. Combine all ingredients and bring to a boil, reduce heat and simmer until fully cooked.
  2. Once cool any extra can be stored in the fridge for up to 3 days
