Ingredients

  • ½ an avocado, sliced
  • 8 cherry tomatoes, halved
  • Pinch of chilli flakes
  • Juice of ½ lemon
  • 1x multi grain/wholemeal pitta

    Cooking Directions

    1. Combine all ingredients in a bowl (excluding the pitta) and give it a stir to combine the flavours.
    2. Slice open the top of the pitta and use as a pocket. (Toast if preferred)
    3. Spoon all of the ingredients into the pitta.
