Ingredients

  • 1 avocado
  • 2 small eggs
  • Salt and black pepper to taste
  • Chilli flakes to your taste

Cooking Directions

  1. Heat oven to 180 degrees.
  2. Cut the avocado in half and remove the stone from inside and break one egg into each half.

  3. Season and add chilli flakes then place in the oven for 10 minutes or until the egg is cooked to your taste.
