- 3 large tomatoes
- 6 finely chopped mushrooms
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1 spring onion, chopped
- Black pepper to taste
- Preheat oven to 190 degrees.
- Slice off the top of each tomato, scoop out the pulp, and set the tomato base in a baking dish.
Combine pulp with remaining ingredients and fill each tomato half. Add the tomato top back on top of the tomato base.
Bake in the oven for 10 - 15 minutes until the tomatoes starts to go soft.
