Ingredients

  • 1 banana, peeled
  • 40g porridge oats
  • 1 teaspoon of honey (adjust to your taste but no more than 2 teaspoons)
  • 3 tablespoons of Greek yogurt
  • 250ml water or if you prefer creamy add a little more yogurt

Cooking Directions

  1. Place all the ingredients in a smoothie maker or food processor and blend till smooth.
  2. Serve chilled in a glass.
