Banana, Yogurt and Oat Smoothie
- 1 banana, peeled
- 40g porridge oats
- 1 teaspoon of honey (adjust to your taste but no more than 2 teaspoons)
- 3 tablespoons of Greek yogurt
- 250ml water or if you prefer creamy add a little more yogurt
- Place all the ingredients in a smoothie maker or food processor and blend till smooth.
Serve chilled in a glass.
