Ingredients

  • 1 fillet of salmon
  • 1/2 cup quinoa or buckwheat base (cooked, leave to cool)
  • Broccoli or cauliflower (steamed)
  • 1 cup finely chopped greens (kale, spinach, chard etc) steamed
  • 1/2 red onion, finely chopped
  • 1-2 small carrots, grated
  • 1-2 sticks celery, chopped
  • 1 garlic clove (crushed)
  • 1/2 avocado
  • Olive oil
  • Salt, lemon and cayenne pepper

Cooking Directions
