Ingredients

  • 150g fresh or frozen berries (if using frozen, leave to defrost before serving)
  • 40g mixed seeds (sesame, sunflower, pumpkin, chia and flax)
  • 1 tbsp dried coconut flakes
  • 1 tbsp chopped nuts (any)
  • 2 tsp honey or agave nectar

Cooking Directions
