- 150g fresh or frozen berries (if using frozen, leave to defrost before serving)
- 40g mixed seeds (sesame, sunflower, pumpkin, chia and flax)
- 1 tbsp dried coconut flakes
- 1 tbsp chopped nuts (any)
- 2 tsp honey or agave nectar
- Combine in a bowl and mix thoroughly. This is also a useful mid-morning or afternoon snack.
