Ingredients

  • 300g fresh or frozen berries (if using frozen, leave to defrost before serving)
  • 60g mixed seeds (sesame, sunflower, pumpkin, chia and flax)
  • 2 tbsp dried coconut flakes
  • 2 tbsp chopped nuts (any)
  • 2 tsp honey or agave nectar

Cooking Directions

  1. Combine all ingredients together and mix thoroughly. Serve in 2 bowls.
