Berry Crunch for 2
- 300g fresh or frozen berries (if using frozen, leave to defrost before serving)
- 60g mixed seeds (sesame, sunflower, pumpkin, chia and flax)
- 2 tbsp dried coconut flakes
- 2 tbsp chopped nuts (any)
- 2 tsp honey or agave nectar
- Combine all ingredients together and mix thoroughly. Serve in 2 bowls.
