Ingredients

  • 1 chicken breast, cold & shredded or thinly sliced
  • 4-6 gem lettuces or baby cabbage single leaves
  • 1/2 of a ripe avocado
  • Small handful of bean sprouts
  • Tabasco sauce, lemon juice, pink Himalayan salt and pepper, for taste

Cooking Directions

  1. In each leaf wrap, evenly distribute and layer together chicken, avocado and bean sprouts.
  2. Dress with seasoning and eat like a mini taco/wrap.
