  • 1 diced chicken breast.
  • 4 handfuls of chopped lettuce.
  • 30g mixed nuts.
  • 1 tablespoon virgin olive oil.
  • Drizzle of sweet chilli sauce (to your taste).

Cooking Directions

  1. Preheat the oven to 180C, gas mark 4.
  2. Place a layer of foil on a baking tray, add the diced chicken pieces, then bake in the oven for 15 minutes, or until cooked through.

  3. Combine the chicken and all other ingredients into a bowl and enjoy!
