Ingredients

  • 1 diced chicken breast
  • 65g of spinach leaves
  • 30g mixed nuts
  • 2 teaspoons of virgin olive oil
  • 2 pinches of chilli flakes (adjust to taste)

Cooking Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 180 degrees.
  2. Add the diced chicken to the oven and cook for 15 mins until chicken is cooked through.

  3. Combine the chicken and all other ingredients in a bowl and serve
