  • 1 chicken breast (diced)
  • 2 tablespoons greek yogurt (omit if following 30 Day Get Lean diet and use guacamole instead)
  • 1 pinch of chilli flakes
  • 6 gem leaves
  • 1/2 lime

Cooking Directions

  1. Preheat the oven to 180C, gas mark 4.
  2. Place a layer of foil on a baking tray, add the diced chicken pieces, then bake in the oven for 15 minutes, or until cooked through.

  3. Break the leaves from the gem lettuce.

  4. Mix your chicken, greek yogurt and chilli flakes together. Squeeze in juice from the lime to your taste.

  5. Spoon the mixture on to the little gem leaves and enjoy!
