Ingredients

  • 2 ripe avocados
  • 1 ripe banana
  • 2oz dark chocolate (60% cocoa)
  • 2 tbsp cocoa powder
  • 2 tbsp maple syrup
  • 1 tbsp milk or milk alternative
  • 1/4 tsp peppermint
  • Fresh mint leaves as decoration (optional)

Cooking Directions

  1. Add all the ingredients to a blender (apart from the mint leaves) and blitz until smooth.
  2. If the mousse is a little too thick add another tablespoon of milk.

  3. Spoon into ramekins. Serve immediately or keep in the fridge for up to 6 hours. Add the mint leaves to the top just before serving.
