Ingredients

  • 1 ripe avocado
  • 4 cherry tomatoes
  • 1 slice of rye bread
  • Pinch of chilli flakes
  • Juice of 1/2 lemon

Cooking Directions

  1. Combine all ingredients in a small food processor (apart from the rye bread), just pulsing so that everything stays a bit chunky.
  2. Place on top of rye bread and enjoy.
