Crispy Edamame Beans
- 340 grams frozen shelled edamame, leave frozen
- 2 teaspoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon sea salt
- 1 teaspoon of chilli flakes (optional)
- Preheat the oven to 200å¡C.
In a bowl, toss the edamame with the oil and season with salt and chilli flakes.
Transfer the edamame to a baking sheet. Bake for 12 to 15 minutes until crispy.
Serve the edamame warm from the oven or set them to cool before storing them to serve later as a snack on the go!
