Ingredients

  • 45g of Quinoa
  • 200ml of Water
  • 30g of Mixed Nuts
  • 30g of Linseeds

Cooking Directions

  1. Put the quinoa and water in a saucepan over a high heat.
  2. Bring to the boil, reduce the heat and simmer for 15 minutes with the lid on.

  3. Take off the heat and leave to rest in the pan for 5 minutes.

  4. Add in the nuts and seeds. Stir well.
