- 45g of Quinoa
- 200ml of Water
- 30g of Mixed Nuts
- 30g of Linseeds
- Put the quinoa and water in a saucepan over a high heat.
Bring to the boil, reduce the heat and simmer for 15 minutes with the lid on.
Take off the heat and leave to rest in the pan for 5 minutes.
Add in the nuts and seeds. Stir well.
