Ingredients

  • 180ml extra virgin olive oil
  • 60ml lemon juice
  • 3 tsp wine vinegar
  • 2 tsp Dijon mustard
  • 1 tsp honey or agave
  • 1/2 tsp pink Himalayan salt and grinds of pepper
  • 1 clove garlic, crushed

Cooking Directions

  1. Shake all ingredients together in a jar. Dressing will keep in the fridge for a week.
