  • 50g Feta Cheese
  • Approx 5 Cherry Tomatoes
  • 1 Slice of Rye Bread

Cooking Directions

  1. Cut the slice of bread in half.
  2. Crumble the feta cheese into fine pieces, and place on top of the bread.

  3. Quarter the tomatoes and place them onto the slices of rye bread.

  4. Eat as an open sandwich or place one slice on top of the other and have as a traditional sandwich.
