  • Approx. 5 Cherry Tomatoes

Cooking Directions

  1. Slice the top of the pitta to create a pocket. (Toast if preferred)
  2. Crumble the feta cheese into fine pieces, and place into a bowl.

  3. Quarter the tomatoes and mix with the feta cheese.

  4. Spoon the feta and tomato into the pitta and eat as a sandwich.
