- 1 fillet steak
- Himalayan crystal salt
- Black pepper
- 1 teaspoon of butter or coconut oil (for frying)
- Green salad to serve
- Season your fillet by rubbing in a pinch of salt and a black pepper to taste. .
In a frying pan add a a teaspoon of coconut oil or equivalent of butter and a dash of water to stop steak from sticking. Bring to a high heat.
Place the steak into the piping hot pan and seal both sides quickly (just brown) then cook evenly both sides until your liking.
Check the middle and if the juice runs clear its cooked through.
Serve with a leafy green salad
