Ingredients

  • 2 whole eggs
  • 75g smoked salmon
  • 1tbsp coconut oil
  • 1tsp cinnamon
  • Salt to taste

      Cooking Directions

      1. In a small frying pan, heat the coconut oil over a medium heat.
      2. Meanwhile in a bowl, whisk the eggs together with the cinnamon, a pinch of salt and set aside. 
      3. Once the oil has melted and is hot pour the egg mix into the pan & allow the omelette to cook on one side.

      4. Flip over to cook on the other side.

      5. Once cooked add the omelette to a plate and add the salmon to one side of the omelette.  Fold over the omelette so the salmon is in the middle and enjoy!
