Ingredients

  • 250g ground lamb
  • 250g pound ground beef
  • 2 tablespoons minced chives
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/4 cup chopped parsley
  • 1 egg
  • 1 handful of mint
  • 1 teaspoon of salt
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons of cumin
  • 1 tablespoon cinnamon
  • 2 tablespoons coconut oil
  • 8 sundried tomatoes, chopped
  • 8 olives, chopped

Cooking Directions

  1. Mix all the above ingredients and form into meatballs.
  2. Place on a baking tray in the oven and turn regularly.

  3. Bake at 220 about 15 mins, depending on size.

  4. Mix up salad, alongside.
