Ingredients

Smoothie Base:
  • 1/2 an avocado
  • 3/4 banana, sliced
  • 1 handful of frozen strawberries
  • 1 handful of spinach
  • 1 handful of kale
  • Juice of 1/2 lime
  • 150ml of coconut water/almond milk
  • 4 ice cubes
Toppings:
  • 1/2 handful of chia seeds,
  • 1/2 handful of fresh (or defrosted) strawberries,
  • 1 banana, sliced.
  • 1 handful goji berries (optional)

Cooking Directions

  1. Blend all smoothie base ingredients in a high-speed blender until smooth.
  2. The smoothie should be thick due to the frozen strawberries and ice cubes. If you would like to thicken it more, add ice until your desired consistency
