Ingredients

  • 1 frozen banana
  • 1/2 large honeydew melon (cut into chunks)
  • 1 cup strong, brewed green tea (use 2 tea bags and allow to brew for 10 minutes before use)
  • 1 tsp natural honey
  • 1 cup almond milk

Cooking Directions

  1. Allow the green tea mix to cool.
  2. Remove the tea bags and then combine all ingredients in a high-speed blender.
