Green Tea Smoothie
- 1 frozen banana
- 1/2 large honeydew melon (cut into chunks)
- 1 cup strong, brewed green tea (use 2 tea bags and allow to brew for 10 minutes before use)
- 1 tsp natural honey
- 1 cup almond milk
- Allow the green tea mix to cool.
Remove the tea bags and then combine all ingredients in a high-speed blender.
