Ingredients

  • 1 tin organic chickpeas in water (approx 400g)
  • 120ml Tahini paste
  • 2 tbs freshly squeezed lemon juice (more if you like it tangy)
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • A pinch pink Himalayan salt

Cooking Directions
